Corporate governance is the system by which companies are directed and managed.  It influences how the objectives of the company are achieved, how risk is monitored and assessed and how performance is optimised.

Lycopodium’s board is committed to corporate governance and, to the extent they are applicable, has adopted the Essential Corporate Governance Principles and the Best Practice Recommendations as published by the ASX Corporate Governance Council.
